“ The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was delightful and to top it off the artwork around the place was magnificent. I ordered the Beef fajitas tarascas. Definitely worth checking out if in the area ”
“ Good Mexican food, more authentic than Tex-Mex. I would rate the food 4 1/2 stars as it is some of the better Mexican fare I've had in the Coastal Bend area. The Fiesta Platter is a large plate with a sampling of several items, I thought the Asada taco was the standout but all of it was very good. It was mid-afternoon and not busy so the service was very good, food came out quickly. Chips and salsa were good. They offered two other salsas with the meal. Not a large dining area but adequate and nicely decorated. It is downtown so you may have to look around for parking as it is street parking. Spots along Starr are metered but there are some along Chaparral that are free. It is BYOB, I didn't ask but wonder if they may be in the process of acquiring a license to serve alcohol later. ”
“ What a special little gem! Our server Isabel has great customer service! Food was excellent, not to mention the prices are so reasonable!!!! Beautiful decor/ atmosphere. We will be back again!!! Ordered the Mocajete (enough for 2-3 persons), side order guacamole 2 drinks total 36!!!! ”
“ The service was impeccable and food was fantastic. This place is a must visit. It was so good we went back for breakfast the next day and were again not disappointed. So much flavor. Lots of food for the price. ”
“ I came here two days in a row, and the food is tremendous plus the service is on point! The servers are super sweet and bring a bright smile to the table every time! Yesterday I went in and I ordered Chilaquiles with red salsa and add a barbacoa to it. The Chilaquiles were super spicy but luckily, I love spice so it was ok with me. Whatever cheese they use on top of the Chilaquiles was super addicting I couldn’t stop eating it! The flour tortillas were super soft and warm the coffee was also hot and fresh!! today I came in for lunch and I decided to order off the vegetarian menu. I got the poblano and mushroom with Monterey Jack cheese enchiladas!!! They were so tasty. I would definitely be going back and ordering some more. ”
“ Went on a Sunday night and it was not too busy. Service was quick and I got my food quickly too. It was a ton of food - fiesta platter for 16.99. I ended up having a full to go box. Loved the decor and it was a very laidback experience. Glad I stopped in and I will be back to try their breakfast ”
“ It's a quiet place to get a fabulous breakfast. I haven't tried lunch or dinner yet, but the breakfast is amazing. I had the veggie omelette (pictured) and my daughter had the chicken fajita breakfast plate. ”
“ I was in Corpus Cristi for the PBR rodeo and wandering around town looking for a place to eat. Happened in to Frida’s and was pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the food was amazing! I ate here three times in a few days. ”
